1. Are your shoes true to size? 💃 Find your groove
Mostly, yes! We produce women’s sizes 5 to 12. Every style has its unique feel. We recommend checking our fitting tips and size guide to help make your personalized decision. Our team can guide you to your best size and style if you write to us at contact@dreamflowshoes.com
2. Do you have wide or narrow sizes? 🌿 No feet left behind
Every foot has its own personality, and we celebrate that! Some styles work beautifully for wider or narrower feet. Check out our detailed information listed on each product page. We also offer custom orders for truly one-of-a-kind fits.
3. What materials are your shoes made from? 🪶 Soft on your feet
Only the good stuff! Our shoes are crafted from hand-selected, durable materials. Our sandals are vegan-friendly, with cushy thermoplastic rubber outsoles. We infuse coconut essential oil into the outsoles so they smell like a tropical vacation! We use a yoga mat midsole of EVA foam to give you the soft, supportive feel you love. Our lining is anti-fungal and anti-microbial polyurethane. The vibrant braided polyester uppers will steal your heart with their soft embrace and support every step of the way.
Our boots are made of high quality suede and leather. They have memory foam in the insoles and a durable yet ultralight EVA outsole.
4. Will the braids stretch out? 🌸 They settle in, but never let go
Our braided straps are designed to be soft yet sturdy. They will relax slightly as they mold to your feet, but they won’t lose their shape or support. And when you wash them, they’ll cinch back in. Imagine your shoes learning your dance steps—they’ll move with you, not away from you.
5. Are your sandals water-friendly? 💦 Ready for sunshine, sprinkles, and shorelines
Yes! Our sandals can handle the water—perfect for beach days, poolside lounging, or a surprise summer rain.
6. How should I care for my shoes? ☀️ Love them and they’ll love you back
Any of our sandals without velcro can go right into the washer. Delicate cycle, cold water and air dry.
Handwashing is also encouraged for ANY pair and is perfect for velcro strap sandals. Pop them into a basin with water, use laundry or dish soap and a soft cloth to clean. Let them air dry and they’ll be ready for your next adventure!
For your boots, we recommend using a suede protectant, although we do spray every pair in our workshop before they go out into the world. A shoe brush works perfectly to get dust and dirt off easily.
7. What’s your return or exchange policy? 🌈 Happy feet = happy you
We’ve got you covered! If your shoes are unworn and in their original condition we can exchange or return them within 30 days of purchase. As we are a small team and every penny counts, we cannot offer free shipping expenses.
8. How long will it take for my order to arrive? ⏳ Good vibes, not rushed vibes
In-stock items usually ship within 3–5 business days. Are you in need of express shipping? No problem. You can select that option at checkout. Custom creations take a little longer, typically 3-4 weeks. Good things are worth the wait! Our team will provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order.
9. Do you ship internationally? 🌍 Feet across the globe, unite
Yes! We send good vibes and great shoes all over the world. Shipping times, rates and customs fees depend on where you call home.

12. Who makes your shoes? 🪡 Made by hands, guided by dreams
Every pair of Dreamflow Shoes is handcrafted in León, Guanajuato, Mexico, shoe capital of the world. Our small dedicated team is led by third-generation shoemaker Mauricio Fuentes De Alba and his son Bruno Fuentes Prats. Together with Michelle Pappas, they co-create every collection. Each detail is developed with love, care, and artistry.

Yes! Every pair of Dreamflow Shoes comes with a 6-month warranty covering any manufacturer’s defects. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. Your shoes should keep up with your journey.
